Social Refuge is a queer-owned LGBTQ+ hangout in Manchester that operates as a cafe, bar, and bookshop. It features Europe’s largest selection of LGBTQ+ literature, offering a safe space for community events, open mics, and book launches. They are open daily (11 AM–7 PM) with 2-for-1 cocktails.
