A portable wheelchair ramp is available on request. Tap the front window and staff will set it up. The ramp has a 300kg capacity and 77.5cm usable width at a 1:6 ratio, so may not suit all electric wheelchairs. Most of the shop has 90cm+ of navigable space, though the arches into the fiction room narrow to 77cm. No customer toilet on site. Staff can guide visually impaired visitors, read blurbs and give recommendations. No background music, and it can be switched off on request. A whiteboard is available at the till for written communication.
