Stories that Refuse to Disappear | Fatteh’s Launch and Fundraising Gala

About

Celebrate one year of Fatteh’s bilingual pan-African LGBTQ+ journalism, in partnership with Migrants’ Rights Network. Celebrate Fatteh’s first year of bilingual pan-African LGBTQ+ journalism, in partnership with Migrants’ Rights Network. Fatteh documents, informs and celebrates LGBTQ+ lives across Africa and its diaspora through independent journalism and storytelling. Join us for an evening celebrating the people, stories and communities that have shaped Fatteh’s first year, while helping us build what comes next. The evening brings together readers, contributors, activists, creatives, journalists, migrants and allies for a photograph exhibition, Ethiopian food and coffee, a raffle, an art auction and time to connect. Entry is free. If you are able to contribute, you can choose a £10 Supporter Ticket or £20 Solidarity Ticket. All ticket types offer the same entry. Your contribution helps keep the event open and supports Fatteh’s second year, including contributor fees, English-Amharic translation, a secure and accessible website, and independent LGBTQ+ journalism across Africa. Fatteh is a storytelling pillar of Solace Alliance CIC.
