Just so you know, the class is located in an industrial gallery space with a concrete floor, so bring something thick to land on. The ceiling is also quite low, which means minimal standing in the sequence, so taller people won’t have to modify as much There’s a bathroom on the first floor (the class is on the lower level, via stairs), no dedicated changing area or lockers. But all you really need is clothes you can move in, some water, a mat, and energy to breathe and move.
