The JOIN Project’s Queer Community Opportunity Fair is a chance to meet queer grassroots organisations, discover community resources, and hear about new opportunities designed by and for LGBTIQ+ people who have experienced homelessness and other forms of marginalisation. Whether you’re looking to build connections, explore volunteering or work experience, or simply find out what’s happening across our community, we’d love to see you there. On the day you can : ★ Meet queer led organisations and community groups ★ Learn about our vision for creating more accessible routes into work, training and community participation for LGBTIQ+ people with experience of homelessness ★ Find out about upcoming paid work experience placements and other opportunities ★ Ask questions, chat with the JOIN team, and explore the support, spaces and activities we offer ★ Connect with other community members over food in a relaxed, welcoming and wheelchair accessible space The JOIN Project is a collaboration between Friends of the Joiners Arms and The Outside Project, working to create more inclusive pathways into employment, volunteering and leadership for LGBTIQ+ people who have experienced homelessness / other forms of exclusion. 🍽️ Food provided 💷 Travel support available 🏳️‍🌈 Everyone is welcome to come and learn more 🔗Sign up link in our bio 🗓️Wed 23 Sept, 1-4pm 📍 Joiners Heart, 18 Bohemia Place E8 1DU
