Uncensored. Sex-positive. Designed by neurodivergent people, for neurodivergent people. Sex education was simply not designed with you in mind. It may have been inaccessible, non-inclusive, or simply never happened. OHPLEASE fills that gap — with honest, practical, uncensored conversations about sex, relationships, pleasure, safety, and identity, in a safe judgement-free space. Content Warning: ⚠️ This programme contains adult language and themes including explicit discussions of sex, relationships, and bodies. It is not suitable for under 18s and may include content that could be triggering for some participants. A full list of topics is included below. About OHPLEASE OHPLEASE is a free, 6-week sexual health, wellbeing and relationships programme for autistic and neurodivergent adults, run by the volunteers of the National Autistic Society Lambeth Branch. It is fully funded by the LSL Sexual Wellbeing Grassroots Fund and is completely free to attend. Every session is hosted by neurodivergent facilitators, with talks from professional guest speakers. All content made to be accessible an d open to autistic and neurodivergent adults (18+). You do not need a formal diagnosis to attend. We are inclusive of all genders, sexualities, relationship styles, and backgrounds. 4 Sept — Online Safety Dating apps, hookup platforms, sexting, and nude pics — navigating the digital world of sex and relationships can be complicated, especially when you're neurodivergent. This session covers how to build safer profiles, spot red flags like catfishing, grooming, and coercion, and understand consent in online spaces. Practical, honest, and judgment-free. 11 Sept — Health & Wellbeing Your sexual health matters. This session covers the essentials — STI prevention, contraception, hygiene, family planning, and medications — in plain, uncensored language that actually makes sense. We also cover topics that rarely get discussed openly, including erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, and safe play. No shame, no jargon, no judgements. 18 Sept — Pleasure & Sensory Needs Autism and sensory experience are deeply connected — and that includes sex and pleasure. This session explores anatomy, sensory mapping, self-pleasure, orgasms, and practical tools like condoms, lube, and toys. Because knowing what feels good (and what doesn't) is something everyone deserves. 25 Sept — Love & Intimate Relationships From monogamy to polyamory, casual to committed, LGBTQIA+ to Dom/sub — relationships come in all forms. This session looks at different relationship styles, what healthy and unhealthy dynamics actually look like, how to communicate needs and boundaries, handle rejection, and recognise harmful influences like the manosphere and red pill content. 2 Oct — Empowerment, Autonomy & Boundaries This session is about you — your identity, your limits, and your right to define both. We explore sexuality, gender, and kink as parts of self-expression, and give you practical tools for navigating consent: how to say no, maybe, yes, and later in ways that feel right for you. We also discuss hypersexuality, hypofocus, and sex as a special interest, alongside recovery from trauma, sexual assault, and domestic violence, with signposting to therapeutic support. 9 Oct — Safety, Self-Care & Education The closing session brings it all six weeks together. We tackle the big myths — around porn vs reality, virginity, body size, gender roles, and AI — and open the floor for the things you were never taught. We also cover sexual exploitation, coercion, and domestic abuse, and make sure everyone leaves with the knowledge and resources to stay safe and supported. Accessibility This programme has been designed with autistic and neurodivergent people at its centre. Here's what we've put in place: Plain English throughout — no unnecessary jargon Visual aids and slides Sensory-friendly venue Breaks built into every session Content warnings given at the start of each session Signposting to external support services throughout If you have specific access needs, please get in touch before booking and we will do our best to accommodate you. After Party 🎉 To celebrate the end of the programme, we'll be hosting an after party for all participants following the final session. It's a chance to relax, connect, and continue the conversations in a more informal setting. More details will be shared with registered participants closer to the date.
