Every Monday since 2009, 20‑40 men gather as a friendly, diverse, welcoming community to meditate, unwind and meet friends in a warm, cosy room near Leicester Square. “The connection I found here is transformative – stress‑free, supportive, and genuinely inclusive.” No experience?
