Friendship, community and well being for gay, bi, trans men in London. We meet every Monday to meditate and socialise. Every Monday since 2009, 20‑40 men gather as a friendly, diverse, welcoming community to meditate, unwind and meet friends in a warm, cosy room near Leicester Square. “The connection I found here is transformative – stress‑free, supportive, and genuinely inclusive.” No experience? No problem – we guide you step‑by‑step. Chairs and cushions are provided. Experienced meditators are welcome too. What you’ll get • Breathwork & gratitude tools for instant stress‑relief • Guided meditations that boost emotional intelligence • A supportive community that sharpens social skills Evening flow • Guided body‑scan and mindfulness practice • 20‑minute tea break with time to socialise • Second half explores a weekly theme – loving‑kindness, self‑compassion, gratitude, or a harmonic‑resonance circle When & where: 7‑9 PM, 52 Saint Martins Lane (Tube: Charing Cross/Leicester Square).
