Bring a book, leave with a new one, and fill up on free bagels and cheap coffee, all supporting local and Re-engage charity On Saturday 14th November, we’re teaming up with our friends at @farringdonsocialcoffee for a book swap and coffee morning (day) !!! 🩷💛 Think cosy café, good coffee, free bagels, and a shelf full of books waiting for a new home. Drop in any time between 10am and 3pm, stay for ten minutes or the whole day, and bring a pal. 🥯📚 ☕ Bring a book you’ve loved, leave with one you haven’t read yet. You'll also get a free Good Girls bookmark. We'll also have half-price coffees all day and free bagels for the first 50 of you. Get there early, these will go very fast!!! Everything on the day comes from independent, community-run businesses. Bagels from Brick Lane, coffee from Brixton, served in a proper neighbourhood café in Farringdon. Christmas can be a really lonely time for lots of older LGBTQ+ people, so we’re raising money for Re-engage UK, a charity that tackles loneliness and isolation among older people through friendship and talkline services.
