EXILIO 30: The Next Era — 30 Years of Queer Latin London On Saturday 26 September 2026, Exilio celebrates 30 years of music, freedom, friendship and queer Latin community in London. Founded in 1996 by DJ G, Gloria Lizcano, Exilio created a space where LGBTQ+ Latin people could meet, dance, feel safe and be themselves without judgement. Thirty years later, Exilio remains a home away from home: a place where different generations, cultures and communities come together through music. EXILIO 30 — The Next Era will bring together the people who knew Exilio in its early years, the community that keeps it alive today and a new generation discovering Exilio for the first time. This is not simply a birthday party. It is a celebration of the people, stories, music and chosen family that have carried Exilio from 1996 into its next era. 8PM–10PM: EXILIO 30 Anniversary Ceremony The evening begins with a special anniversary ceremony celebrating Exilio’s history and recognising the people who have been part of its journey. Guests attending the ceremony will be welcomed with complimentary drinks and canapés. The ceremony will honour Exilio’s early years, its community, its performers, its supporters and the people who helped create the magic across three decades. It will be a moment to reconnect, remember, celebrate and share Exilio’s story with those discovering it for the first time. 10PM–4AM: EXILIO 30 Club Celebration After the ceremony, the anniversary continues on the dancefloor until 4AM. The music will reflect the Exilio journey: the Latin rhythms, crossover sounds and unforgettable songs that have brought people together since 1996, alongside the music moving the community today. DJs DJ Lola DJ Gordo Dj Omar DJ G — founder of Exilio Dance and party entertainment Alejandro and Jonathan Three generations will share one dancefloor: the original Exilio family, today’s community and the people who will help shape what comes next. Whether you have been part of Exilio for decades, joined us more recently or have never experienced an Exilio celebration before, you are invited to be part of this historic night. Come with friends or arrive on your own. Exilio has always been a place where strangers become friends, where people dance without judgement and where many have found freedom, belonging and chosen family. Thirty years after the music first began, the family is still growing. The history belongs to everyone who helped create it. The next era begins together.
