Divas are we feeling those tired legs and tight hips? Come join us for a guided hour-long yoga session designed for runners and suitable for everyone. Stretch out, unwind, and connect with others in your community. Led by yoga instructor Belle for all abilities. Meet at 2:15pm for a 2:30pm start, and after the class stay for our usual coffee afters and chit chat. We have yoga mats, blocks and towels available, as well as shower and changing facilities.
