🤔 Is it a bird? Is it a plane? No, it's a Sly in the sky! Come fly just as high (straddling optional) at our April rope social @thecastleclimbingcentre ! 🏳️‍🌈 As per usual, the team at the Castle have offered two low/no-income QCs free entry to the gym. Just DM us with your name, DOB, and email by midday Tuesday 7th to claim one! 🫂 Our socials are the perfect place to meet other queer folk to climb with! Whether you're a top rope terror or leading legend, we have a wide range of abilities, and the Castle has routes for all levels! There's also a tonne of autobelay if you're at the social to be antisocial - whatever works for you! 🍔 After climbing we'll be heading to the delightful @thebrownswood to refuel, relax, and enjoy a cosy end to the evening! 👩‍🍼 If you need a supervisor to help rebuild your confidence or assist you in your first session, your best bet is to drop a DM in the Rope Buddies channel over on our Discord where a friendly QC may volunteer their help! 👶 If you are completely new to climbing, we recommend you come along to one of our bouldering socials first. Our next Bouldering Social will be @thefontborough on Thursday 23rd April. 🪢Remember to bring your own climbing gear including shoes, rope, harness, and belay device. 🎒 If you don't have your own gear, shoes and harnesses are available to rent from the gym. See slide 3 for more info. Borrowing gear from elsewhere is NOT recommended!
